Endorsed by the United States Parachute Association (USPA), our program helps you build skills jump by jump until you’re flying on your own.

Bootcamp Course Progression
Starting with an immersive 6-8 hour ground school session on Wednesday, you will delve deep into critical skydiving techniques and safety protocols:
- Aircraft safety
- Freefall body position
- Emergency procedures
- Landing procedures
After rigorous preparation, the real adventure begins. After class, weather permitting, you will make your first AFF jump—applying what you’ve learned. But the excitement doesn’t stop there; over the next series of jumps, you will progressively move from dual instructor-guided skydives to taking the plunge solo, proving your prowess in the sky.
By the end of the camp, you’ll not only have completed the AFF course but will also be ready to jump solo, joining the ranks of elite skydivers. This isn’t just training; it’s the beginning of a life where the sky is not the limit, but your playground.

AFF Bootcamp Class Cost
If you choose our Bootcamp option, you will prepay for the first jump course and 7 skydives. After you complete the first 7 skydives, you will pay as you go until your reach your 25 jumps to complete your A license. Course tuition includes pre- and post-jump instruction, gear rental, Instructors/Coaches, and your jumps. AFF students must complete a minimum of seven jumps. Additional jumps needed in order to demonstrate mastery of the curriculum are priced individually.

AFF Solo Skydiving Requirements
Choose Your Own Solo Training Adventure
At Skydive New England, you have the opportunity to progress at your own pace. To earn your USPA A license you will complete a series of 25 skydives. We offer two options for payment:
-AFF Boot Camp – book the first jump course on a Wednesday and stay through Sunday. Prepy for the first 7 jumps and get them done in as short of a timelines as possible, then complete the next 18 jumps on your own schedule and pay as you go.
-Pay as you go -book the first jump course any day a class is offered and pay for each jump one at a time as you progress.
Join the AFF Bootcamp and bang it out in under a week, or relish the journey and take all season. There’s no right or wrong. You’re free to choose your own adventure! Additionally, for those who prefer a more flexible schedule, we offer first jump courses outside of the boot camp on Saturdays, and Sundays, available selectively on our calendar. Whatever your preference, we have a path that fits your pace!
A License Progression
There are four license levels issued by the United States Parachute Association: A, B, C, and D. After graduating from the AFF program, you are cleared for solo supervision and can pursue your A License!
To achieve your A License (and unlock wicked achieveables), you must:

If you choose to pay as you go, you can start by booking a first jump course or first jump course + skydive via our online booking. Course tuition includes pre- and post-jump instruction, gear rental, Instructors/Coaches, and your jumps. When you’ve completed your A License Proficiency Card, you’re cleared for take-off!
Wether you choose the bootcamp or pay as you go, the total price for an A license is $3902.
